We like industrial assets or good secondary retail parades with upper parts (or potential to build
upper parts).

We like retail parades or industrial estates rather than a stand alone property.

We look at distressed debt situations and are often able to assist with loans or sale and leasebacks.

We have a preference for freehold but will consider all assets.

We typically focus on assets under £5 million. However, we’re open to larger opportunities, particularly where joint venture partnerships can support more ambitious projects.
We have significant experience and in-house expertise to manage messy management intensive properties – to generate the higher rental returns we pursue.

We also have an interest in opportunities to invest in or takeover trading companies’, or other property investment companies, when a significant amount of the value, in the entity, relates to property.

to assist in resolving the financial issues.
